The Birdsall House quickly became a destination for craft beer and locally sourced cuisine (some from their own garden) in the Hudson Valley. Featuring a Beer Garden out on their patio, as well as live performances and movies on the projector inside!

The Chef of Gleason’s has developed a menu based on the style of new American cuisine with influences from Italian cuisine. Gleason’s sources food from the growing quantities of fresh products coming from the Hudson Valley and the Catskills’ local farmers in the growing community.
